  • Assume the best, not the worst: Digital tone is hard to understand, so assume that others are communicating in good faith.
  • Be True, Useful, and Kind: Before posting or commenting, ask yourself if your contribution is True, Useful, and Kind. Is it accurate and helpful? Is it respectful and constructive?
