We used this codebase to build this fun floor plan tool on thewyatt.com.
Flash Floor Plan is an easily customizable dynamic drag and drop Flash application that facilitates room layout planning. Furniture is loaded into a palette through a simple XML file, and can then be dragged and dropped onto a floor plan. The floor plan can be zoomed in and out, and furniture items can be rotated, moved, and deleted. It is the perfect solution for realtors, condos, or any property sales related marketing website.

Our client base consists of real estate, development, and architectural firms. The floor plan tool by Concrete CMS allows us to provide an "out of the box" interactive floor plan solution in line with the needs of any or all parties involved in the creation of our web sites.
We were able to download the tool and immediately plug in our own floor plans and furniture with minimal alterations made to the included XML file. The modular design and forethought put into allowing for modification made it quite simple. Moreover, customization of the interface is easy and allows us to alter the appearance of the tool such that it fits our design scheme, whatever it may be.
Overall, this is a fine application. The vast majority of the work is done for you, and you'll find that you can focus more of your attentions on aesthetics and the specific needs and wants of your clients.
