The Wyatt is a new condominium development in Portland’s Pearl District, with residential and commercial properties. Working with Plazm design, Concrete was able to create a compelling web presence to promote pre-sales in this new development.

The site navigation was built using a JavaScript based menus which allows the viewer to easily jump to any page in the site. A 3D fly through video and a live webcam help paint the picture and show the progress of this new development every day. Adobe Flash was used to build an interactive floor plan layout tool using actual floor plans from the Wyatt. A visitor to the site is able to rotate the building in 3D, select a specific unit’s floor plan from any of the Wyatt’s 15 floors, zoom in and out, and customize the space using a wide range of furniture and decoration. Their final layout is then easily printed for future use.

The Wyatt website is a sleek, interactive site which serves the client well. “I’m really happy Plazm chose us for this project,” says Franz Maruna, Concrete Website’s CEO. “The final site really lets potential owners see the architect’s vision as the building is still going up.”
